Farm Biosecurity Measures

During outbreaks of Disease (e.g. Foot & Mouth), we take all necessary precautions to safeguard our animals. We respectfully ask customers who have returned in the last 7 days from countries with active cases NOT TO ENTER OUR FARM. Please make arrangements for others to collect your order, or advise us prior to attending a farm tour or on-site workshop. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon order.

Unless there is a message at the top of our Farm Shop page advising otherwise... orders will be made ready for customer collection within 24-48 hours. You will be sent an email to let you know it's ready & you will be asked to advise an estimated time you will pick up your goods from Margaret River Organic Farmer in Rosa Brook, WA 6285.

Refund Policy

For any feedback or enquiries about exchange, credit or refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at: lawson@mrorganicfarmer.com, or give us a call on 0423 957788.

We respectfully request our customers advise us of any dissatisfaction within 2 days of collecting goods or receiving services. Please have your order number ready when corresponding.

All exchanges, credits and refunds are offered in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be credited back to the account the customer made payment with and will appear in 7-14 business days of the items being returned. Please note that refunds can only be processed back on the same card or mode of payment used for an online order. If not applicable, we will issue an exchange or credit.
