These limited-release flavour sensations come from our 2023 garlic harvest. They’ve been fermented with love in raw Jarrah honey, then stored to develop a delicious depth of divinity. Mmm…

Jarrah honey comes from the Eucalyptus Marginata forests in the SouthWest of WA.  These magnificent trees only flower biannually (once every 2 years), so the honey is much prized. Jarrah honey is also sought after for its high Total Activity (TA) properties.  Research by the Australian Government shows that the levels of antibacterial activity in Jarrah honey are even higher than the famed NZ Manuka honey!  Hence Jarrah honey is known as 'healing honey'.

Our family call these honey-fermented garlic cloves 'medicine bombs' & they’re a powerful natural way to protect our health.  We love them straight off the spoon & they’re also fab in marinades, stir-fries, sauces, dressings, drizzles & dips.
