Biodynamic Wheat 20kg

Certified biodynamic local wheat for sprouting - makes a great supplement for poultry & pigs (from Eden Valley, WA).
 
Sprouting makes a grain's vitamins, minerals and proteins more bio-available. Improved enzyme content also means the grain is more digestible.
 
We soak it in a bucket for 24 hours then transfer to a tray with a permeable material in the bottom (seedling trays with shadecloth work well) & rinse every day for 3 days until it's got a root & a shoot. Our chooks gobble up the lot!
